Narco War Next Door: Vanguard

Ruthless drug cartels in Mexico are at war with each other and governmental control of drug trafficking. 2008 was the most violent year in Mexico with 6,000 drug-related murders. 2009, as it could be worse. It is feared that northern Mexico Narco-violence of the border could spread to the United States in this report now Vanguard, Laura Ling travels to the border city of Juarez and Tijuana, Mexico, where drug gangs fight for control of drugRoutes in the United States. Ling goes to the city of Culiacan in Sinaloa state, a region known as the birthplace of the drug trade in Mexico.
